I had a great experience purchasing the van to add to our fleet. It was exactly as described and exactly what I expected, with no issues at all. The salesman, Bill, was friendly personable and made the entire process easy. He clearly explained everything I needed to bring with me before I arrived so there were no surprises. The paperwork was quick organized and the process was very efficient. An additional benefit was that they handle the vehicle registration in-house. I left with my permanent license plate already installed so I didn’t have to deal with putting one of those temporary registration papers in the window. That’s minute but it makes a difference to me. I would definitely do business with them again.

I have dealt with the nice folks at Premiere two times so far and have been more than pleased both times. I would recommend them to anyone interested in a fair deal without any of the nickle and dime bs you get at other car dealers. Kevin the owner is right there in the office and seem happy to talk with if you have any concerns. I felt that Steve the salesperson was being upfront with me at all times. Matt is in charge of the paperwork and he made that part of the process move smoothly without any bothersome attempts at upselling. My experience with Premiere is the best I've ever had at a car dealership.
