The experience was top-notch. We needed to upgrade one of our vehicles and Matt helped us evaluate the options and put us in touch with one of his sales professionals, Steve, who listened to my concerns and worked to accommodate us, even providing a couple more photos of the vehicle I was interested in. When I arrived Steve was very respectful of my time and helped us to get a great deal on the vehicle we traded-in. This is a well run operation and there wasn't wasted time as I was out of there with our "new-to-us" vehicle in under two hours, which included arranging for financing. After the sale, I found that the vehicle was missing a tire jack and they paid me to obtain one. Excellent customer service. I plan to inquire with them for future commercial vehicle needs. RCW

I cannot recommend Premiere Auto Sales enough! After dealing with several unresponsive dealers in the Washington area, finding Matt was a breath of fresh air. I am "overly communicative", probably annoying, and needed a vehicle ASAP; Matt never once seemed bothered by my many questions. He returned every call promptly, followed through on every promise, and worked tirelessly to secure my financing when others wouldn’t. The experience at the lot was just as great. When my daughter and I arrived to see the Jeep Grand Cherokee, Steve already had it started and warm for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. He made my daughter feel included in the process, which meant the world to me. The paperwork was absolutely painless, and Matt even helped me navigate adding the car to my insurance. If you want a judgment-free, helpful, and warm environment, go see Matt and the team. I’m in love with my Jeep and will definitely be back when it’s time for my last kid to drive!

I was on the search for a new tow rig for my race car and trailer with the unfortunate closing of Pittrace. My F150 was not going to cut it for both payload and towing capacity. I found Premiere Auto Sales on CarFax, and saw a F250 that would fit my need and I reached out on their website. Within minutes I was connected with Matt. I discussed that I was looking to trade in my F150 for the F250 that was on their lot. Matt was absolutely fantastic to work with. Very clear, concise, and patient with all of the questions that I had. When I arrived to take a look at the truck in person, I was greeted by their staff and they had answered every question that I had. After a test drive I was sold on the truck. Matt sat me down and went over all the numbers and what the exact payments would be for the new truck. He also worked with me on what price outcomes would be if I added options to the sale. Another very pleasant surprise was the fact that the truck was being offered with a dealer warranty. Hands down the absolute best experience purchasing and trading in a vehicle I have ever had! I highly recommend this dealer and will be back if I ever need a upgrade or out-grow the F250s capacity!
